  • are the kind of guy who will honour your commitment…
  • can spare 1 hour of your time every 3 months…
  • commit to donating $100 4 times a year to a charity voted on my our membership…

Please read the following general guidelines for membership before you fill out the form indicating your commitment:

Guidelines

  • You agree to make your donation to the charity voted on by the majority of those in attendance.
  • You agree that in the event you must miss a meeting, you will provide a cheque to the organizers in advance of the meeting, or send a cheque (preferably in a sealed envelope) along with a friend or colleague who is attending.
  • There is no proxy voting, in the event you cannot attend.  You still agree to submit your cheque in advance, as outlined above.
  • The recipient charity is not eligible to be nominated/presented for 2 (two) years. The other two charities may be nominated/presented again after 6 (six) months.  The exception is a specific program within a large organization (for example a specific department or program within a hospital), which may be considered again for a different program or department at any time.
  • Ties will be decided by a draw.
  • You agree not to submit a spoiled ballot.

Thank you for your interesting in joining 100 Men Who Care.  PLEASE ensure you have read our Guidelines and Frequently Asked Questions before you fill out the form on this page.

IMPORTANT:

We UNDERSTAND and respect that you may have many priorities, a full schedule and you may very well give back via other means.  PLEASE DO NOT fill out the New Member form if you are unable to:

  1. Make a commitment to remain a member for 1 calendar year.
  2. Make a commitment to attending 4 Quarterly Meetings in the calendar year.
    (or,)
  3. Make a commitment to ensuring a cheque is provided prior to the meeting in the event you cannot attend a meeting.

It’s important that you understand that as a group of men, we are making a commitment to our community, and ONLY way we can do that is if we are committed together.
