Meals on Wheels of Fredericton
70 men came out to our first quarterly meeting of the year (help us reach 100+ next time) and listened to 3 deserving charities. In the closest vote we’ve ever had, ultimately Meals on Wheels was selected to receive our quarterly donation. Congrats to John Carty and Meals on Wheels of Fredericton.
Following an our of networking and social mingling, our meeting was under way.
The men were first given an update from Fredericton Community Kitchen on how the funds presented last quarter were being used to bolster the great School Lunch Program. It was great to hear about how what we’re doing with 100 Men is actually impacting the community in a real way.
Our members heard from and voted on the following 3 charities:
